THE WELLNESS EDITION NO. 2 - Doubt Kills More Dreams Than Failure Ever Will
I am sure most of you are familiar with the feeling of self-doubt. I think most of us feel self-doubt quite often or have felt it a lot in the past. I am not any different here. Self-doubt has always been a major part of me. I am happy to say that I doubt myself a little less these days but of course that feeling still pops up quite often. Well, what to do whenever self-doubt comes and hits you right into your pretty face? In the past it just depressed me tremendously and I gave in, as sad as it is, because I just did not know any better at that time. Well, whenever self-doubt now hits me now, I try to look at it as what it is -- just a feeling. Feelings come and feelings go as they want. So, knowing that makes it a lot easier to deal with self-doubt.
WORK HARD AND NEVER LOSE FOCUS OF YOUR GOALS
And another thing that really does the trick for me is just work against it. If I doubt myself, I better kick myself in the butt and start working. I remind myself of everything that I have reached so far already and what lies ahead of me...all the things I still want to to achieve and when I want something I will get there as long as I am working hard. I ain't no quitter babe, so self-doubt, here you go and can hide again in the little corner where you hid before. How do you deal with self-doubt?
