Damascus

Today I was watching on Instagram stories how a Spanish guy who has the goal to travel to every country of the world answered questions about his recent trip to Damascus Syria. This was really interesting and apparently he really enjoyed his two days there and was not scared or feeling unsafe. He was really fond of the food and oh boy I can imagine that it is great - I used to work with refugees from all over the world and the ones from Syria usually cooked really delicious food whenever I was invited to eat with them. So yes once the situation is better there I’d love to visit Syria as well. The people who traveled there before the war told me that it was really amazing and absolutely worth visiting. So hopefully in a few years it’s safe to visit there so I can plan a trip.
