Protect your peace of mind

To have a quiet mind and to feel inner peace is most probably one of the most important things. When we feel calm, we can focus on ourselves, make good decisions, work on our goals and also be there for other people and be helpful and supportive to them.

Lately I find it very hard to feel peace of mind due to everything that is going on . - and I am sure that many other people feel the same way. Often I feel that my mind just won’t stop, I feel fear and anxiety and then I feel exhausted and burnt out because I cannot think a clear thought anymore it feels and then of course everything that really matters to me gets lost somewhere in my not peaceful mind.

But how to achieve inner peace and peace of mind? How to calm down an anxious mind? If I only knew! I think working out helps - to really get your body moving for 15-20 minutes every day helps, probably meditating helps but that is not something I cannot say much about since I don’t really do it.

Being outside in nature helps to calm an anxious mind, being surrounded by animals does the trick - a purring cat is so reassuring and does wonders in calming down and raising your vibrations IMHOP. But even just watching the squirrels outside in the tree and on my balcony does the trick to bring some joy and calmness.
