Perfection is not necessary. Passion is // Affirmations

I used to be quite the perfectionist and this nothing helpful…it even paralysed me or held me back from just getting started. Perfectionism is pure self-sabotage my friend, don’t fall for it. When starting this blog, I made my motto ‘progress is better than perfection’ and this is something that works super good for me because I get a lot more productive and because I put less pressure on myself and then in consequence get better results. So it is a true win-win-situation.

Passion is important. It is the thing that gets you started and keeps you going. And the more passionate you are about something, the better you get because your passion makes you invest time into honing your skills.

So if you are also struggling with always wanting to be perfect you might better change your perspective and take the pressure out because pressure usually does not help at all. If you have a passion, focus on that and after some time good results will follow for sure. Just stick with it, be consistent and the more you focus on your passion the better you will get.
