Hawaii Mood Board

I am still totally caught up in the Hawaiian spirit so I decided to do a Hawaii inspired mood board, I have not done or shared a mood board in quite a long time. A mood board is perfect for visualising your feelings of wanderlust, right? Oh, I really can't wait to travel again...I miss it so much and there are still so many places I want to explore. And of course I would love to travel to Hawaii once again some time in the near future. Well, let's see. If you can dream it, you can do it.

All the photos on this mood board I found on Unsplash and I pretty much chose every image that looks exactly like how I remember Hawaii. I can't wait to go back to Hawaii and to take lots of amazing photos by myself but who knows when this is going to be. I remember that the nature and landscape was really amazing and so were the beaches. It really was one of my best vacations ever and I traveled there all by myself at the sweet age of 20 when I was returning from Australia. I cannot believe how long ago this is already now, time really flies. It is my goal to do another trip around the world like I did it when I was younger and I certainly want to do this again. But this time I want to stay in nice hotels instead of doing a low-budget hostel trip, been there, done that and now it is time to level that up a bit.

Traveling really means the world to me. I traveled a whole lot ever since I was little and you really learn so much while traveling, especially when traveling all by yourself. The saying is true so true that travel is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer. And for personal development it is fantastic as well, better than pretty much everything else or at least than most other things. I have nowhere learned nearly as much as I did when I went solo traveling. It really is character shaping.

I remember how much I loved the incredible beaches when I was there in 2003...and the green mountain ranges with all the clouds. The tropical climate was pretty amazing as well. What should I say, I completely fell in love with Hawaii the one time when I was there. I'd like to explore pretty much all the Polynesian islands. Starting in Hawaii, traveling to French Polynesia, exploring Bora Bora, stopping by in Guam, then traveling to Fiji and New Zealand. This is is my dream. Haha, the other day I was looking up flights to Rarotonga, an island belonging to the Cook Islands, and I got really excited about traveling there one day.

Corsica has a few elements of the Caribbean and also has parts of looks like how I imagine Tahiti. You have white beaches, turquoise shallow water and at Santa Giulia beach (which is my favourite beach in Corsica so far) you can walk on a water dock into a sort of bay, look at the turquoise water surrounding you and then looking at the ocean and the mountains. I have not been to Tahiti yet but this is a whole lot like I imagine it to be. Apparently I am very ready for a vacation which is not a big surprise. All that I do lately is work, work and work which is fine and I am happy I got so much work to do but once in a while a vacation at a beautiful place very far away is much needed.
