The Breakfast Club

TGIF I'd normally say but not today since my week has been super relaxed and calm. I want more weeks like that. I was super productive even though I still did not get everything done that I wanted to do but well I will get there for sure. I am currently taking Vanessa Vanderhaven's portrait illustration online course and even though we are in week number six I have not even started. Tomorrow morning I will start with my first portrait illustration - I am just saying it here so you can keep me accountable. I was so excited to start this course and could not wait until Vanessa launched it, so let the drawing and illustrating begin tomorrow morning. 

So, today I turned my favourite breakfast into a minimal typography logo with the illustrated element of a fried egg. I just had breakfast, actually I am still drinking my morning espresso with lots of hay milk from the local farm. 

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And I want my breakfast very salty, so I have a fried egg with lots of salt and serrano ham, orange juice and espresso with lots of milk in the morning. I love my breakfast and I could never eat anything sweet in the morning. What is your favourite breakfast? 

I am excited about my weekend plans. Tonight it is beer garden with friends, tomorrow a picnic with friends and Sunday we go swimming. I am so happy that Summer is back and we always come up with tons of fun activities for the weekend. So this should be awesome!
