Save The Date Wedding Invite
Today I decided to create a minimal wedding invitation just for fun and because I have not done that before - but being the papeterie and stationery lover I am, I’d say designing wedding invitations and baby announcements is exactly my thing. Also it is totally inline with sharing and spreading love and joy and what better supports love and joy than beautiful design and typography?
It is a sunny Sunday and it is my mom’s birthday. Actually my plan was to spend the day with my mom near Frankfurt but unfortunately while I was driving there, severe panic attacks kicked in again so I had to return. Unfortunately experiencing panic and anxiety while driving started some years ago when I had a horrible job in Frankfurt and had to commute about 86 km every day and lately it got a lot worse. I had that even though I used to be on the road a lot for many years but right now it is not possible anymore due to those above mentioned reasons but I will tackle that now and try to resolve this issue because I hate how it keeps me back from doing all the things I used to do before without any problems.
Traffic is high in Germany where I live and also is road construction, those things and the horrible job experience I had all triggered this and now I have to find a way out of that again in order to get my former mobility and independence back. This is crazy, I am the woman who used to drive through the cities all over the world and now once again I have panic attacks making certain life aspects very difficult. But what should I say, I am used to it and I will be able to leave that fear behind again.
I made a cake this morning that my mom wanted to have for her birthday but the good thing is we can eat it tomorrow then when she comes over when she is driving back home. I never really talked openly about the panic attacks I get when I am driving but since it is so severe now I told my mom and my best friend also said today that she has had this as well. Apparently it is pretty common that people experience that.
Ok, I now talked enough about my wellbeing or probably better to say concerning this issue my not-wellbeing.
So time now to share the wedding card invitation I designed. This one won’t be used in real life, I only created it for getting creative even though the date and the people mentioned are real since this is my aunt getting married.
